We're dedicated to bringing you freshly made tamales. We make every part of our tamales by hand here in Santa Rosa. Real ingredients only-natural ground corn masa, slow-cooked veggies, fresh chiles and herbs in the salsas, and hand-shredded meats in our sauces. These are homemade tamales the way they’re meant to be. We start fresh every morning, and do it all over again the next. You can see it, taste it. Nothing fancy. Just real food, made right.

During the holiday season, our small team is busy making and selling tamales. We likely cannot respond to emails or answer the phone in a timely manner.
